i was wondering if anybody knows how to adjust the lower pressure setting of the machine, it starts at 6 and will take a long time to get to a more comfortable setting around 9-10cm which is around the pressure that i can use without feeling like i'm breathing stale air, it usually take about an hour or so to get there, so i can fall asleep and not be roused every few minutes to check the pressure setting, lol, or should i talk to the sleep doc and the dme guy about it? thanks in advance.

I assume you're specifically talking about your pressure range and not the RAMP feature?

yes that's what i was talking about, thanks for the link, i just want to up the low pressure by 1-2 so it won't feel so stuffy, my machine is set up in auto with c-flex enabled so i don't think the ramp function works, if i push the ramp button while it is on it will go back down to 6 cm and crawl back up to the needed pressure,

Red, if your machine is set from 6-18, that's pretty wide open. Most people here recommend 2 above and 2 below your titrated pressure. Also, your cflex is set at 3 - are you comfortable there or have you tried to lower it a bit?
Play around a little - experiment and tweak - that's the beauty of autos.

okay, i'm gonna set the low to 7.5 and leave the 18 since i need some decent headroom for the max pressure, it woke me up around 4 am because it had worked it's way up to the max pressure last night so i don't wanna mess with that, as near as i can tell it was at the max for a couple hours so i guess i was breathing rather poorly, and i'm going to try the c-flex at 2 tonight, maybe it will help cause it felt a little weird at max pressure on exhale. at the lower pressures it's great, maybe i can adjust to it being a little harder to exhale. thanks so much for all the help, i appreciate it greatly, god bless.
