Deviated Respiratory Rate

I'm wondering if my VPAP Auto 25 is acting up. Just recently, my respiratory rate has gone from an average of 13-18 to 14-30. .

Is this any cause for alarm? I guess I feel the same...or maybe this is something I should take seriously. My machine's settings have not changed.
