going for apap titration

Post by jonboy64 » Sun Aug 25, 2013 5:28 pm

Been diagnosed with mixed apnea possibly related to a stroke affecting my breathing. Last data were 12 obstructed & 19 central events per hour. The doctor wants me to try apap to treat the centrals

As far as I know.....APAP will not treat centrals.....only obstructive apneas.
