which model nasal mask do I have

I have a Fisher & Paykel nasal face mask for which I need to order replacement cushions

but

I don't know if I have the HC405, HC 406 or HC407.

I see the Zest word engraved in the see through plastic but I can't tell which model I have so as to purchase the correct cushion replacement. the triangular cushion measures 2.5 inches high and 2.25 inches wide at the base of the triangle approximately.

I'd like to upload a picture of the mask but I don't know how to do that here. If someone could tell me how, that might help you to help me

You could go to https://www.cpap.com and look under the nasal masks that Fisher & Paykel make and see if you can find the one you are using pictured. (just an idea)

I wish I knew more to suggest.

where did you get the mask. your vendor will have record of which one you got and which size nasal cushions you used before.

I got it from a doctor a year ago.

how do I upload a picture to my posts?

I've gone to over a dozen web sites but not one of them will tell me the difference between the Fisher & Paykel Zest model HC405, HC406 and HC407 and I can't seem to find any model number on my mask itself.

I'd like to upload a picture but no one has told me how to yet.

i doubt if anyone can tell if you upload a picture, what size and shape of nasal replacement to get. but if you want to upload a picture, upload to photobucket, and then on the right side of your screen there will be links to email, html, or slideshow. for me, (i just learned how to do this to post my sleepyhead data) i clicked on slideshow. it copied the image(s) and then I went back into the forum post and pasted it in. works for me, YMMV. I still think your doctors office should have a record.

also, it kind of looks to me like the nasal piece is the same for all three models you mentioned? couldnt swear to it but looks that way to me. then it would just be a matter of getting the sizing guide templates, fitting to your nose, and calling cpap.com to order.
