Recording Pulse Oximeters?

Does anyone know anything about the approx $50 recording pulse oximeters being sold on eBay? For example,

It's hard to tell. I can't tell if it's a Contec knock-off, if they've changed their model numbers, or if its a non-US version of the CMS-50D+.

I'd just buy from Kevin at pulseoxstore for the extra $20. His support is well worth it.

yes, Pugsy recommended them and that model, too. wish i could afford the 70 bucks, but not right now.
