I see that they also do the multiple sleep latency testing (MSLT), and the maintenance of wakefulness testing (MWT). Di anyone here have ever had that done?

I have had 2 or 3 of the MSLT, can't remember for sure at the moment. This test is generally to test for narcolepsy. Not sure why so many times this test is ordered before effectively treating known sleep disorders, as in my opinion it is most likely a waste of time. At one time the docs were considering the other test when they were wondering if I was safe to drive, but we never pursued it.
