Re: affecting work
My post was aimed at the majority of people in this country that have found that if they don't want to fend for themselves the government will protect and feed them forever.feeling crummy wrote:Thank you for the helpful comments. I look forward to getting my new machine on Wednesday. Up until last week when I had to take one day off related to my OSA, and another day to take my husband to the hospital for a medication imbalance...it wasn't so bad, but last week crumbled, no matter that I have worked extra in the past, taken on every project that they handed me...I was told that I had better get this all together before the new boss is here....I am feeling really sick and sad inside.
I am glad you will recieve your machine soon, and wish you a quick adaptation to it. We all run into jobs with slavedrivers for bosses, they can behard to deal with, I hope the other people you work with are supportive.
The two groups I had to work with were as different as night and day, working with good people, make the difference in enjoying your work, it's always better when you enjoy your job.
When I was working with sleep apnea we were required to work 48 hours a week, sick days were your only out and 3 without a drs slip you were terminated. My job was very physical, strong coffees was a must, I had to stay aware to workplace hazzards. The 25 mile drive home was the worst.
We do what we must for family.
Success to you and your family and a fast conversion to xpap and relief. Jim
