How do I post my Encore data to this forum?

How do I post my Encore data to this forum?

Actually did manage to sleep about an hour this morning while wearing the mask for an hour and a half. However, I had the grey bars that say "large Leak" across the part where I actually fell asleep (wearing an Amara FFM w/o a liner, leaks around the mouth) so I assume whatever data got recorded isn't accurate. Tonight I ll try again with the pad a cheek liner.

I would like to upload my data to this forum but I don't know how. Can you tell me the steps? between my sleep deprivation and the drowsiness accompanying my starting Celexa for my anxiety, I'm not thinking too clearly. Thanks.
