Improving my masks

Post by Mgsnorer » Fri Aug 02, 2013 11:49 am

I am new to the CPAP world, and while I love what it does for my health, I was initially a bit horrified at the thought of what I would look like with a mask. I got over that quickly as I realized that I was no sleeping beauty while my snoring was described as, "a woodchipper" or "revving up the v8". But those black muttonchops on my favorite mask, the aloha nasal pillows needed to be improved on.

I ventured to my local Joann's, for the first time not annoyed that half the store is fleece, and aquired some fabric options. That's better! Go big or go home!

That is Exactly what we do!!!! If you can't make your own go to padacheeks.com, Karen is a member here and makes comfort items to help us tolerate the mask and straps.
Started cpap in 2010.. still at it with great results.
