49er, the free return insurance is part of what decided me to give it a try. Good luck.

How much shipping does our host charge when returning a mask under insurance?

I believe each of our faces has a different amount of curvature in different areas. Trial and error is the only way to determine which masks will work for you. My advise if you are using an Auto type machine of any type is to switch it to straight CPAP and test the mask at your 95% rate while in DME office or where ever you evaluate masks. That way you are not learning at 2am what works and what is an obvious flop.
Thanks STL Mark. That is good to know since if I remember correctly, you have a high pressure.

I know trial and error is the only way but sometimes it feels exhausting to try a million things before finding the right product. But since the return insurance is free, this seems like a good gamble.

I approach 20 some nights. You bring up a good point, I added my titration pressure to my signature.

Right now return insurance for the Quattro Air is free so it's worth trying

Ok, thanks. Their site said the refund will be less shipping costs.

The email for my mask has a link where I can go print a return label if I decide to return it so I'm assuming it's a free shipping label. Could be wrong but that's what I believe. I hope not to have to use it

I will call cpap.com to verify that. I know this seems like a minor issue to most folks but for me, it is for various reasons.

I hope not to have to use it either.

Is there genuinely a difference between the Quattro Air and the Quattro Air For Her or is it just marketing?

Just found out this also includes free shipping so I am definitely going to order this mask once I figure out the size.

The cynical part of me says there isn't any difference but you might want to contact cpap.com or resmed to find out for yourself.

The Quattro Air only has small, medium and large. The Quattro Air for Her has small and x-small. For me, that meant I had to order the "For Her". Also, the headgear has some pink on it whereas the regular Air has blue headgear.

The Quattro Air is the same sizing as the Mirage Quattro. If you want to be sure, you can print up the sizing document from cpap(dot)com to check.

Hmm, according to the sizing template, I needed a small even though take a medium with the mirage quattro. I measure it three times just to make sure. If it is too small, I will just have to exchange which fortunately, is easy to do.

I've worn a medium in the Quattro FX, a medium in the Quattro and I'm using a medium in the Quattro Air.

Leaks are a absolute NON issue for me with the AIR.... but after about 5 hours of wearing it, I'll get some awakening face farts. I solved a lot of them with pad-a-cheek liners, but I still get 2-3.

The face farts are probably caused by facial oils and my higher bi-pap pressures and not anything to do with the AIR mask.

I'm beginning to think I may need a large in the Quattro Air.... some nights it feels like the width of the cushion is a bit too narrow for my mouth. it almost feels like my lips are puckered...

cpap.com give the following guidance from Resmed on sizing

Sizing Quattro Air: ResMed recommends the following for sizing.

•The Quattro Air is the same size as the original Quattro Full Face Mask. A size Medium Quattro equates to a size Medium Quattro Air.

•When comparing the Quattro Air to the Quattro FX Full Face Mask, step up a size. For example, if a Small Quattro FX is used successfully, step up to a size Medium in the Quattro Air.
