New Machine AHI .8 First nite YIKES!!!!

Got my shiney New S9 Adapt ASV yesterday, last nite got a AHI of .8!!!, MUST be doing SOMETHING wrong Ha Ha
this is much better than my vintage 2006 Asv, whooopeeee!!!

Don't break out the champagne and party hats just yet. There's a lot of issues regarding high pressure ASV therapy that tend to crop up. Earaches, blow-out leaks, mask farts and whistling noises, nighttime pressure 'wake up surges', deep-throated gurgles, rapid disintegration of mask parts, kickass aerophagia, hurricane blasts into the eyes, plus a host of other things. And that's just some of the stuff that's happened to me in the last two months. ASV isn't for sissies.... that being said, I wish you good luck and hope that your positive trend continues without difficulty.

Who are they? Does anyone use that term anymore?

That's my riff on one of my favorite long established expressions: 'Old Age isn't for Sissies'. The good news is that at my age you can use outdated terms and hope you don't offend knowledgeable and cultured people such as yourself!

My ASV experience is a little over two months. I haven't sorted out any cures yet, however night by night things seem to be getting better.

I just called my friend a "sissy" today because she didn't "speak up" to a rude neighbor!

Oh, and you are going to get far on this forum........ I'll be 71 in November, I may be getting old chronologically but I try to keep up with the times and strive to be upbeat at all times. You've only made a couple of posts and already you are arrogant and attacking other posters. Hmmmmmm.
