In several months of use, I'm not sure I ever had a zero snore count night. The switch to the BiPAP-auto was stark in comparison. Most nights with it have been zero, nada, zip, no-snore nights. On the few nights that snores were recorded with the BiPAP-auto they came in clusters, making them even more believable.
It appears that Respironics made an adjustment to the snore detection algorithm in the BiPAP-auto to improve it. Hopefully, this bodes well for the M-series machines also.
