I noticed an improvement within jut a couple days, but I also had an untreated AHI of 131. My snoring was soo bad, me or my wife would have to sleep downstairs. The number of times I would stop breathing was scary not to mention my )2 levels. Got up to pee numerous times a night. Would nod off while driving and during the day.
I've documented my entire experience here on this website. Just grab a cup of coffee as it's a long thread. Look below for my thread link...

Update..second sleep study last night with mask. Slept ok, will get results and mask next week. I used a full face, but I know that there are nose and nasal pillow. I tend to breath through both nose and mouth, so does that exclude the nasal pillow?
The tech said they are a pain in the ass to fit..any mouth breathers out there use the nasal pillow?

Spoke to the doctor. With the mask the apnea events went from 30+/ hour to 1. Pretty darn good.
They started the pressure at 4 and ended at 6. Not sure what the pressure even means. Hopefully, will have machine soon.

That's my concern. I'm gong for mine in...11 hours. Trouble is, my provincial insurance only cover one study, otherwise I have to pay out of pocket and I already have trouble making ends meet. Stayed up a little past my bedtime last night, and I'm already sleepy now. This is my first night away from home in 7 years I think. I'm going to end up at the place an hour before the scheduled time too
