No data on Fisher & Paykel Icon APAP?

No data on Fisher & Paykel Icon APAP?
Hi, there. I'm new to this forum. I've been using CPAP therapy since '01 or '02.
Last night was my first try with my new F&P Icon, and I was so excited to wake up and look at my data! I "dialed" into the menu with the click wheel. But when I scrolled through the patient menu, there was NOTHING. I mean, zero, nothing. No data whatsoever: no hours logged, no AHI, no data at all.
I checked to make sure my little USB stick is seated properly. I read the entire Use and Care Manual, but there was nothing in it about this even being a possibility; ditto for the clinician manual and clinician quick-start guide. I tried calling F&P customer service, but they're open only Monday through Friday. I left a voicemail, but it's the Sunday of a big holiday weekend, so I don't know if or when they'll get back to me.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on? Any suggestions for how to get it to work? I really wanted info from my first night using APAP.

Edited to add: I also went into the clinician/provider mode and dug around. The only data I could find, under the Service Sub-Menu, was the non-erasable data that the device had been used for four hours (which is true, I have only managed to use it for four hours thus far).

Did you go to the Clinician setting and set for patient level 2 under menu level in order to view the efficacy data on the machine?

I find I cant get the previous nights data until late afternoon on my novo.

For some reason the ICON I had wouldn't provide data the first morning. It was there in the afternoon. I also found that if I tried to download date before 9 a.m. it sometimes was incomplete.

Noon is when it considers the previous night to be done, so you would not have seen any data the first night you used it until noon the next day... and so on.

This was incredibly helpful: the previous night's sleep data is unavailable until noon. I thought maybe it was because I had less than X hours' sleep, or that when I went past the 4 hour threshold, the counter kicked in.

Thank you so much! what if you work nights ? i dont go to bed till around 4am, my last nights stats have been showing 0 for a copuple days now, so I waited and checked it tonight after I got home, and no change. My over 4 hour percentage is steadily dropping and Im scared it will show me non-compliant for my DOT physical. Going to call the place I got it from today

Can I ask how you like the machine and if you feel the information it provides is "enough" compared to other machines?
