One more thing: My sleep was actually improving because of the CPAP (sometimes with help from Somnapure), so I am not really taking the valium/diazepam for sleep, but to see if it takes care of the BP problem, if that makes sense. Not that I could go cold turkey on the diazepam, but I was not taking any several days a week since starting the CPAP, which was HUGE! (The BP problems pre-date CPAP and I was also hoping that would help the BP.)
