potential new SH feature idea?

Post by Chask » Mon Jun 17, 2013 4:29 pm

I am using EncoreBasic 2.2.2.0 and SleepyHead 0.9.3-0 (beta) and comparing features of the two. One thing I like in Encore is in their "Trend" Analysis Report. It is labeled "Sleep Therapy Long Term Trend" plots. (BTW, my sleep study AHI=29) See my eleven day plot Below:

is similar to SleepyHead's "Overview Tab," except I do not see a way to make separate graphs of each individual detail component of the AHI plot (SleepyHead has different color bars within each column of AHI data). See Below:

I copied each day's breakdown of AHI data from the "Daily Tab"(see image below) and "paste-special-text-only" into Excel:

Below is my Chart results simulating Encore's Trend Analysis. I wonder if other people here might find this a feature we should request of Jedimark to implement into a future version of SleepyHead? Additionally I added a linear trend analysis to each plot along with the r-squared value just for fun.

Anyway, this is just a newbie playing around for my own edification, what are you all's Thoughts/Comments.

As I was reading your post it had me wondering. Should anal retentive have a hyphen in it?

Kinda harsh StL Mark...

Chask,

Welcome! You put a lot of thought and effort in your post! When you first get started, the data is very fascinating but one soon sees obvious trends that define our new normal on xpap therapy. The need for added detail tends to wash out over time and the easy trend analysis by SH appears most adequate...
