It didn't increase the pressure because it didn't sense the need to.
2 suspects....you were awake and thus the flagged events weren't real (and a real possibility because there is a break in therapy line at that time) or the events happened suddenly out of the blue with none of the typical warning signs of an impending obstructive apnea event.
The CAs...the machine won't ever respond to but they show up on the AHI graph. That particular graph is not a graph that bears putting much faith it. It's an hourly graph that often looks worse than it is.

yes, some people do have battery backup systems available for use at home during power outages.
I have a little one but it won't last but around 4 hours at my desired therapy with humidifier and pressures.
To last longer I would have to do without the humidifier and I simply wont' do that. I have my reasons and that's good enough for me.

I went for 3 years without any sort of battery back up though...never had any prolonged power outage that created a problem with usage. I still haven't had to miss any sleep because of loss of power.
In the event of long term outage...I could go to family's house or borrow sister's generator...or buy my own generator.
I won't do without the humidifier and it sucks the battery down real fast.

Ok thank you very much.
Zeo says I m wake since 2:00 to 3:00 h as usual.
Everynight ZEO says im wake many times. Yesterday says the true i know.

I dont know if i must have a night without apap and see what says Zeo graph. I m dont know if this wake time are for the apap or Zeo are wrong.

What do you think? I´m afraid to be without apap. I lose many weight. Do you think I must tried a night without cpap.

This is my story

I have a UPS, but I don't know how long it will keep things running. It's common to lose power here for maybe 30 seconds at a time almost every week.

I don't know what going without the apap would prove. Use the Zeo to see if you wake up?? It isn't perfect either.
What are you expecting to find out?
The answer to if you were awake or not with some of those events? We don't have any for sure way to know and besides...it's in the past and we don't sleep the same each night.

Learn to trust the machine to increase the pressures when it senses the need and accept that if it doesn't increase the pressure then there's probably a good reason.
These machines work by responding to FLs and snores...warning signs of an apnea event might be in the making. Once any sort of apnea event actually materializes the machine doesn't do anything at all except wait till the airway opens up and then it starts its job of watching for warning signs again.
They don't try to blow the airway open if that is what you are expecting. To have that happen one need a totally different type of machine.
