Apap presciption adjustment

I am reposting to add more details. My original prescription was 8 to 14 cm H2O and the pressure I used was 8, 8.5 and 9 cm. Then the doctor changed it to 4 to 14 cm H2O and now I am using only 4 and 5 cm. I was expecting to be closer to 8 since I have had 8,5 and 9 previously. Is it possible that I do not sleep long enough to reach a higher pressure? My SenseAwake is around 9 to 12 times a night, before and now. My AHI is below 3 before and now. However I feel sleepy a little bit after waking up in the morning. Thank you. Also tks to caffeinatedcfo and DoriC for answering me the first time.
