Parts/connections interchangeable?

Can I use a Philips Wisp with a Resmed Climateline hose?
Are the connectors between masks and hoses a standard size?

Yes. Any mask works with any hose.

I use the same mask and hose. No problem.
I personally believe Philips' "mask resistance" numbers are a bunch of BS
to make people think they need to be used with their machines for best effect.
The mask needs to fit your FACE--that's it!

You have a ResMed S9...you don't have it so don't worry about it.
Some people think it is like the mask selection choice on the S9 but it isn't. Mask Resistance on the PR S1 machines doesn't affect leak calculations at all. It's just another feature that is supposed to maybe help a bit but from my own personal experiments with it....I couldn't tell it did much if anything.
