Does anybody know if Comfortlite 2 is available from Apria?

I'm interested in the Comfortlite 2 and I go through Apria because of my insurance, does anybody know if they have it available? I called today to see if I could get one and was told that I would need to come in for a fitting since it is different than my current mask. I set up the appointment but just remembered that they never told me if they carry the Comfortlite 2 or not.

I just picked one up last monday. They (Apria in So. Calif) told me to come in to pick it up and tried to palm off a CL1 saying that was the latest one available. After much arguing they ordered the CL2, altogether it took two weeks. I was told this was a special order and they weren't planning on getting anymore. You might want to check with them before you go in and they try to give you the CL1.

yes, you can get a comfort lite II from Apria. I am an Apria employee. Most branches do not have them in stock at this time and it is a special order item. Also, most branches require a fitting to ensure proper fit. There is only one insurance company I know of that Apria deals with that does not require a fitting and that is Cigna. It can take up to 2 weeks to get the mask in stock at the branch for you to pick up.

An Apria employee!!!!

Not to change the direction of this thread, but maybe you know why your employees don't know what split night is on an auto unit??

A number of people on this forum have come home with the "2 hour ramp" set up instead of no ramp.

Very worrisome.
