Quick question about Respironics Systems

I have been searching for forums and places where you are able to sell items like Respironics oxygen concentrators and such. I have acquired a number of new medical equipment, and am having a hard time finding out where to sell it. This forum looks like it would be a great place to start, but I do not see a "buy/sell" section, so I am assuming it is against forum rules?

If so, would anyone be able to steer me in the direction of where to sell these types of items?
