Marathon sleeper

Post by Gidgie » Tue May 02, 2006 10:56 pm

Just been reading some posts......and I know that for many a full night's sleep is a goal to work toward........But just the night before last, I think I had it made.......
Had a hard week.....lots of strain on the ol' carcass.....and too many things to do and places to be......anyways come Sun eve and I was sooooo beat, went to bed at 7:30.......slept for 12 hours. Woke up only once to let the dog out and top of the humidifier.....then back to sleep. Got up, puttered around the house, still didn't feel very energetic.....back in the mask by 10 am. for another 4 hours.......Bed early again last night.....and guess what??? IF I FELT ANY BETTER I WOULDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF!
