Leak Rate

Post by flutterby11 » Wed May 15, 2013 6:08 am

My leak rate has been high as of lately. Usually it is anywhere from 0-5, now it is ranging from 15-27 this past week. When it is that high I feel so exhausted. I changed from XS pillows last night to S and that didn't work, my leak rate was 27. Both the XS and S pillows are brand new, so I know they arn't worn out. I thought it could be a defect with the XS, but the S did the same thing last night. What can be happening that I an unaware of? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. It is greatly appreciated.

Can you explain to me how to do that. I've never looked at my graphs I just turn in my disk to my DR. and he looks at them.

I use screen shot images. How easy it is depends on what OS you are using on your computer.
We talk about it here in this thread with some examples.

Where are you getting the leak number that you are reporting? Off the machine?
Sometimes that 95% leak number (means you were at OR below that number for 95% of the night) makes things looks worse than it really is. People tend to forget the OR BELOW part of that definition and go into panic mode. I have a good example here in this thread where the leak number looked awful but the overall leak graph wasn't nearly as ugly as at first it appeared to be just by going on the 95% leak number.

I suspect you are likely doing a little mouth breathing maybe. How bad? Gotta see the graphs to have an idea just how bad.
