Hey....I might still come to Texas and look you up. I might be little but my 6'2" 250 lb hubby doesn't mess with me (too much anyway) when he gets "the look"...you know what "the look" is don't you? I bet you do. I bet your Mrs Sheriff is very adapt with "the look".... The look from She Who Must Be Obeyed...

Yeah, I was curious..I always am when I am experimenting but I have learned that a crappy night on paper doesn't equal a crappy day. So I don't let it affect my day. Back when I first started therapy and the first thing I would do in the AM was go start my coffee and then come back and pull the old smart card (remember the M series machines) and go pore over my reports with a fine tooth comb. Yep, I did it for a month or so after I got my pressures optimized..then I decided to wait till the evening to look...just in case I was clouding my perception of how I felt during the day.

And now...don't you dare laugh at me...it's 9 AM and I am going to go pull the SD card right now. I woke up once laying on the hose and trying to strangle myself with it at the same time...this was a new thing for me. Took me a bit to get everything uncoiled around my head and neck. Must have had one helluva night of exercising. I am curious to see if laying on the hose affected leak rate or something.
I get bored easily...so the least little thing helps me pass the boredom.

I say "If it is worth doing, it is worth obsessing over."
I am new at this, so I am anxious to see the data. I do make a note in sleepyhead of how i felt and how I slept plus enter my weight and BP before I look at the data. The notes section makes a nice little log for BP.
I have had untreated apnea for at least 10-15 years, but it really got bad when I put on about 25 pounds in the last two years, so I am working on getting that back down. I seem to have lost about 5 pounds in the last couple weeks.
I hope I can get this whole thing under control within a year so I don't have to look. I will just know it is right.
