Post by goose_716 » Sun Apr 21, 2013 2:36 pm

He wrote a letter up for my bosses that stated that i have very good sleep apnea numbers and the numbers you are seeing now are during sleep transitions phases and mean nothing. goose, it would be good to identify your machine in the title of your post so that the ASV users here will spot it and stop in to help.

May I suggest that you edit your subject title line to include "ASV"...like say "trying to understand my ASV numbers"
This will get the attention of the forum members who use this special type of machine and can help you better understand what you are seeing. I am not the greatest with these ASV machine reports so I leave that to those you use them and know which setting does what.
If you add ASV to your subject it will get those users' attention. We don't have a lot of ASV users but we have a few here.

Can you turn off the AHI graph and the mask pressure graph in SleepyHead so that the leak line graph will move up into viewing area? You can manipulate the graphs so that you have the main graphs on one screen shot for easy viewing.
The main graphs we like to see on the right side..
Events graph
Flow rate graph.
Pressure graph
Leak graph.

The others aren't really needed at this point.

Do you have Encore Basic software? It might be helpful to see the Encore detailed report because it also shows Patient triggered breathing. I don't know if SleepyHead shows it easily but Encore has everything important all on one daily detailed screen.
