Stomach sleeper

I have always slept on my stomach, and still do with cpap could that have an effect on therapy...

Not really unless when stomach sleeping the mask leaks really badly and impacts therapy pressure.
Or unless the vent holes get blocked by the bed pillow.

You can try the "Falcon" position

I have always slept on my stomach, and still do. (I've used that falcon position since I was a kid.) It has no adverse affect on my therapy. I've never even had the vent on my mask get blocked. Worst problem is sometimes the vent air gets deflected on my face or shoulder, but on a hot night that's not a bad thing.
