All I would add is . . .ALL BEEN SAID BEFORE
I am held together by clothespins
And tension, a wealth of odds and ends
I'm dazzling so dazzling like the neon street sign
Hiccuping off and on again all night long
Well I've got [cpaptalk] friends
And enough jealousy to lose them all
I know this has all been said before
I shed what escape my fiction provided
Lived a lifetime inside of my shelter
Thought it about time to see outside
But I believed it was easy,
Stupidly thought I could just get up and walk away
I know this has all been said before
I know this has all been said before
Because I've got illness hugging me like skin
And I'll sweat it clean until I can taste the oxygen
And I know this has all been said before

It's OK for us to sing the same songs at every concert.
We just have to change up the arrangements of the songs now and then to keep ourselves interested.
After all, it's all about the audience--not the musicians.
A good live performance beats a studio recording every time, though, IMO.
It's the energy of the give and take.
The connection.
Here at cpaptalk, we talk.
Even when it's all been said before.
