New Mask FTW !!!

Post by caffeinatedcfo » Sat Apr 06, 2013 7:05 am

SUCCESS!!!!

I kept the same style mask: Mirage Quattro FFM, but picked up a size small yesterday. I only woke up three times last night - VERY briefly. Two of them were due to my carpal tunnel which I'll be dealing with now that I know that is part of my wakings (thanks to CPAP).

Check out this data - the best I've had yet! Looks like sleeping on my right side is going to work best. The little cluster of issues at the beginning is me adjusting the new mask and I started off supine. Supine position makes me have to crank the straps on this mask so I elected to settle on side-sleeping.

I had to get up at 5am to take my daughter to a girl scout outing, I was so refreshed I went straight to the Y to exercise. I haven't felt the desire to exercise in months! I think this morning was my AHA moment !!

Thank you all for your help in getting me to this point!

Glad that sizing chart helped you realize you were in between mask sizes. Congrats on the success!

This is great news... looks as though you may have found your mask! Get them leaks on the downward spiral and your energy starts the upward spiral. Once you've paid some sleep debt, you'll even feel better!

Yup - glad I jumped on during lunch hour and saw your post. I called the DME right away and was able to get it before they closed. Thanks again!
