Average Hypopnea Index 0.2
Average RERA Index 0.4
Average AHI: 0.6
Average FL Index: 0.8
Average VS Index: 3.2
Average Leak 0
Average % of night in periodic breathing: 0.1%
Average CA Index 0.1
Average OA Index 0.3

Other than the snoring, these numbers seem to me to be extraordinarily low.
Well, aren't I jealous!

Actually, my numbers aren't very different. The VS Index isn't that high either, but it could be an issue. For awhile I was posting my charts (viewtopic.php?f=1&t=86739). You'll see I had a similar VS index, maybe a little higher. Pugsy wondered if that troubled me and it got me thinking, so I played a bit, raising my minimum (and maximum), and using aflex, and now there's zero snoring! And yes, I do feel better.

HOWEVER, oddly enough I am sleeping heavier and thus waking up very sluggishly. Once I do wake up I am much improved though. I may never wake up energetic consistently (as it happens, I had a wonderful sleep last night and woke up ready to take on all comers today), but I'm pretty happy with where I'm at.

Looking at your numbers I can tell you that a sleep doctor, who probably will only look at AHI and maybe compliance data, probably won't be much help. He might wonder why you're even there

Keep us up to date!!

You know you could try to reduce the snores a bit like Kevin says. It might make a difference and wouldn't hurt things as long as you tolerate the pressure increase okay.
If using APAP mode maybe 1 cm increase in the minimum.
If using cpap mode maybe 1 cm increase.
I forget what you are using or if we tried this a long time ago.

This is not acceptable Pugsy, we count on you remember the specific details of machines, masks, pressures and ahi numbers for each and every one of us since in reality, for many of us, you're the only "doctor" we've got.

If I don't have it saved somewhere we are all in trouble because I have a big double dose of CRS condition.
It might be in Andy's past threads but mostly we did a bunch of private messages and that was many, many months ago and I clean out my inbox frequently.
I was just too lazy to go back in his posts to find an old report.

My mind is like a steel trap and sometimes it is snapped closed...my memory isn't nearly what you all think it is. I just have a HUGE folder with a bunch of saved stuff that I pull out of my magic bag of tricks.

I need to see a report to jolt my memory...numbers don't get it for me. I remember stuff out of the ordinary but Andy's reports were boring so they don't stick...now yours..that's a different story.

Yeah, maybe I'll try that. When I saw the Sleep Doctor who didn't look at any of my Sleep Studies or CPAP data, he suggested that I might try lowering my base pressure from 11 to 10. I was titrated at 11. I did that, out of sort of dumb faith, but now that I think about it, he had ZERO information to go on when he made that suggestion. So maybe I'll go back to 11, see if that helps the snoring.
