If you feel great and your AHI is < 5, you're golden! I can't imagine that you have significant SaO2 desats with those stats, but if you want to be completely reassured, ask your doctor to do an overnight oximetry test just to verify. Your nocturia could be unrelated to the apnea if the apnea is resolved (which, technically, it is at an AHI < 5).fredn wrote:I've done a few experiments and tweaks on my VPAP Auto Machine .... I've gotten my AHI to being under 5 every night .... I still wake up 2-3 times to hit the bathroom but when I look at the graphs those times ARE NOT either OSA or CSA related .... I'm feeling great. I have energy like I've haven't had for years and years .... I think I driving everyone nuts by how much I talk lately ..... I'm trying to decide whether or not I should tweak some more ..... what do you people do ..... should I be happy just feeling great .... or is there something more to gain by tweaking some more hoping to get to "0"

If your numbers are low and you still want to investigate further, look at the airflow waveforms and see how "real" the apneas look. Sometimes you really didn't stop breathing that deeply or very long, but it still shows up in your AHI.
