Encore Viewer ver 2.1 Available for System One 60 Series

In a thoroughly confusing conversation with Respironics software support, I learned that the Encore Viewer, version 2.20, compatible with the System One 60 series was just released last week.

I spoke with a sales rep at CPAP.com who was not aware that there is software available for the 60 series. Respironics maintains that version 2.2 of the Encore Viewer WILL work with the 60 series.

Thought I wold pass this along before my head explodes.

I was misinformed regarding version 2.20. The current version, per Respironics software support is 2.1.3.0. This version is both 32 and 64 bit compatible. The software will work with all Respironics machines, including the 60 series.

I don't think there is a trial version. Respironics has never done trial versions.

Wave form graphs are included. Unfortunately the nightly Summary Table referred to in the Help sectionis not; an oversight that Respironics doesn't sound willing to correct. They stated they are concentrating on the Sleep Mapper product. Intend to take this up with someone further up the food chain than the smart-ass developer I spoke with.
