download encore?

Thinking I was doing things 'the easy way' - I asked my product provider for 'the software' so I could 'read my stats' . I was given 'encore basic' but the program is just in a folder - no exe - and I don't know how to download this onto my computer. help please?

I'm not sure what you're describing, but if you go up to the Search line and put in "download Encore", you may find what you seek.

I gave up on the encore

sleepyhead.... can't import data. totally due to me, i am sure.... any help appreciated

Update to this post so people won't be trying to fix this issue in this thread.
OP has a couple of other threads regarding problems with SleepyHead and EncoreBasic.
Apparently finally got SleepyHead and the patch file to work...OP is using a 60 series machine.
OP got Basic to work but was stumped at the "this media doesn't belong to this patient" message.
When this message shows up the SD card hasn't been assigned to the patient chosen....no big deal....one can go ahead tell Basic to download and it will then also assign the SD card to the patient
This message is seen only with the first download. Once the SD card contents are assigned to a patient this message won't pop up anymore.

There is a function to assign the SD card prior to the attempted download which would also eliminate the message but one can also just tell Basic to go ahead and download and the assigning process will occur at that time.
