I was always using breath right strips but I gave these a try and they worked just as well if not better in keeping my nasal passages open. It's also a lot cheaper in the long run, $11.50 for two plastic inserts that I've been using for about 6 weeks with no fall off in function. Unlike breath right, they work from inside the nostrils so you couldn't use them with nasal pillows but they work fine with nasal masks
