Many people subconsciously tense up their face to make the mask seal. Then when you relax, it leaks.

When you put the mask on, make a conscious effort to relax your face and jaw and make the mask leak. Then readjust the mask to fit your face instead of trying to make your face fit the mask.

Your machine may also be auto increasing pressure after you go to sleep. See if there's a "mask fit" function on your machine. Also, turn off the ramp function if you're using it.
