I haven't found the pad-a=cheek to be very useful. I've gotten the anti-leak strap, liners for full face, nasal pillows and a nasal mask and a cover for the hose cover along with strap covers. The only one I use regularly is the hose cover. The others either didn't fit quite right or didn't seem to help much - for example the felt cushion for the nasal pillows pulls the two pillows together such that they no longer fit in my nostrils. I guess it depends on your face size/shape.

Are you talking about the barrel cozy for the nasal pillows?
That's an easy fix...just make the holes where the cones go through a little larger...snip snip with the scissors.

That is why I have never tried the Pad a Cheek mask liner for my Nasal mask.
It does not come in the exact size for a specific mask & probably needs to be "altered".

"My" experience with having to cut anything is that I will probably cut too much & make it useless.

I have never used the mask liners from Karen but I know some need to be snipped a little. If someone does the snipping in very small increments it's pretty hard to mess things up.

The barrel cozy that johnthomas was talking about....only maybe a couple of mm is all that is needed to be trimmed. It's a circle that the cones go through. It would be darn near impossible to mess it up it up if someone just uses a tiny bit of common sense and just snipped a tiny bit because that is all that is needed.
My 2 year old barrel cozy...those holes are so worn and enlarged now that the cones barely touch the sides of the hole any more and it still works as it is designed. So even if the holes get to be too large...it doesn't hurt anything.

Thanks, John, now I realize why the barrel cozy allows the pillow to fit, by pressing the pillows closer together. So I hope Karen doesn't change it, since you can easily enlarge the holes.

I have the Padacheeks for my Quattro Fx and Activa LT..

The LT, they do not work well, because it eliminates the ability to suction..

The quattro liner works, but did not eliminate the leaks for me.

I also have the anti leak strap, however, it is too big for me, as I guess I have a small head.
