I just got 5 nasal pillow units from my DME, covered by insurance (Medicare). Since they also gave me a new mask, I actually got 6. Don't know how long they'll last since I recently raised my pressure from 10 to 14, I'll see. The previous ones lasted me about 3 months each at the lower pressure..pressure may not matter, but I'm interested to find out.
