Not the greatest of explanations but it is all we have.

Figure out which one "feels" the most comfortable for you and use it if you want to. There is no right or wrong choice.
My first machine had CFlex +...I couldn't really tell that any of the settings did anything.
Then I got my second machine and it had AFlex available...I fell in love with AFlex. For me it was super smooth and almost like awake breathing.
It's an individual preference thing though...so you will just need to check it out and see which setting suits your needs.
Thanks, Pugsy. The link is not quite what I'm looking for, but the more I read these articles and piece things together, the more I understand what's going on. I usually try to make things more difficult than they need to be. There are a number of settings I haven't attempted yet, such as the CFlex+, but I'm pretty much comfortable with just about any setting. Once my head hits the pillow, I am out, regardless of the pressure or optional settings. I suppose that after being on a brick for 9 years with a high pressure, I can sleep with just about anything
