No, all it means was the machine recorded for 30 minutes. It is unknown as to whether you were asleep or not. The machine doesn't have a clue as to your sleep status.

Looks like there was some data on the SD card (or machine) from last Sept or October. Did you check the run hours on the machine to see if it had been used in the past?

The image you uploaded is the statistics page....the detailed page will show you more details for the time the machine was turned on.

I think the details page is the second image, the one I pieced together, right?

The figurs from last year are when I first got it. The mask leaked and I just put it away. But then this year my headaches have been really bad so I gave it again and pulled the mask really tight. Then orderd the hybrid so that was yesterday.

Do the numbers in the second pic tell you anything?

You need more than 30 minutes worth of use.

This is what the detailed page looks like. We need to be able to see the overall entire night.

That's what I was worried about. I guess I will have to wait until I can get a new doctor and go back. Or maybe I'll try again over the weekend. I could probably try setting it to just CPAP mode but I really have no idea how and am worried I might mess up a pricey machine. But all 4 times I have tried using a machine, I woke up almost immediately after falling asleep. Even in the titration they got less than 20 minutes. I'm fine with it while awake, it's just whatever it does the minute I am asleep is popping me back wide awake. I would give anything just to get one night's worth of info....or even a few hours! But not much I can do when I can't stay asleep. And when I am awake after, I am WIDE awake.

ETA: I'll suck it up and try again over the next couple of nights but I don't see much changing. Unless I took something to knock me out, lol

BTW, I noticed my nose is getting a bit sore from the pillows. Any suggestions on what to try first? I tried loosening the strap but then it leaked. I have the pillows at the tallest setting, but when I lowered them it leaked. I'm wondering if maybe I should try lowering them and then using the panty hose. I haven't tried the larger or smaller sizes either since it seemed to fit pretty well right out of the box.

Yes the strap across the pillows will help a lot it means you don't have to have the strap so tight. Make sure it is just a light pressure.
The other thing you can do is get some "Lahnisol"? it is a lanolin cream that is used for the nipples when breast feeding so is totally safe to use on your nostrils with the mask.
