Excellent advice, Rita!

I guess I'm one of those 'odd' ones......I'm getting alonge quite well with my therapy.......like my mask...like my machine.....love how I feel......even the knowledge that my mouth has a habit of running away on me....and folks not knowing how to take me.......(should be with a grain of salt.) most of the time.....But I keep coming back.....trying to give encouragement.......ready to share a laugh......don't know why.....Maybe it's because most of the time I feel so good I don't know what to do with myself.

Who you trying to kid, Gidgie is just a shy Mole Skin salesperson, By the way I went back to the 431, and my moles are still setting watching the T.V. on my desk, safe and sound.

Yes, this therapy works. As others have said, it's no bed of roses, but it beats sleeping on a bed of nails. . Finding the right mask makes or breaks a success story.

I am normal weight (well, that's a 20 lb. little white lie), and I only started therapy to stop snoring and please my husband. That was 3 years ago.

Now I use cpap to please me. Lordy, the few nights I've allowed myself to go without cpap, I've been miserable.

Try your full face mask. But you also owe it to yourself to try nasal pillows (tape your lips shut if you really are a mouth breather).

Many sinus problems are relieved somewhat with cpap. It helped mine, and I can use nasal pillows without taping my mouth. Maybe you can to.

Good luck, and we're looking forward to seeing how you do.

Goofproof..........your moles are growing old.......and learning all kinds of nasty things watching your t.v. like that........haven't you ever heard that all play and no work makes moles lazy? Perhaps someday you'll see the error of your ways and invite them into that 431 with you.......(TIC....as always....)
