Leaks Med: 0.00
Leaks 95%: 4.00
Leaks Max: 18.00

Total Leaks Med: 17.00
Total Leaks 95%: 32.00
Total Leaks Max: 46.00

This issue with SH is that I have all these numbers that I don't have any relational understanding for. Is 46 high, low? 46 WHAT? Liters? Quarts? Decibels?
You have a PR System One machine...Respironics machines report total leak (mask intentional/vent rate plus any excess leak) in Liters per minute....L/min.
Vent rate will vary with mask used and pressure used. More pressure..more vent rate.
You leak numbers are fine. Large leak territory for your machine doesn't begin until somewhere around 80 L/min. Even at your maximum leak, you are well below large leak territory.
Don't try to compare your leak numbers with a Resmed machine user...those machines only report excess leak and their large leak territory starts at 24 L/min.

I looked at your reports. Nothing on your reports points to anything that screams out "fix me because I caused a bad headache".
If you had poor sleep quality in general (lots of wake ups) or less than optimal hours of sleep then that might be a a suspect but nothing on the reports is overly exciting.
Sometimes we just wake up with a headache and while we would like to blame every little thing on sleep apnea and maybe ineffective therapy....we can't do that. I often wake up with a bad headache from sleeping in a weird position (like not my normal bed pillow) because I have a bad neck. Totally unrelated to sleep apnea or cpap therapy.

There's more to good sleep than an AHI number and there is more to headache causes than low oxygen.
There's more to feeling bad during the day than sleep apnea side effects. We tend to expect the cpap therapy to fix all that ails us and lump every problem we might have in the sleep apnea/cpap basket but unfortunately it is not that simple.

It seems that the Buteyko troll had now deleted all their posts from this thread

I think one of the Goodmans did the deleting. There's nothing left of his/her posts. Unless there's been a change in forum s/w posters can only delete the content of their posts, not the entire entry.

We can't delete our posts if someone has made a reply in a thread after our post but we can still spam delete our own posts at any time.
I can delete this post as long as there isn't a reply made after my post. I have spam removed my posts when I have decided I didn't want any comments of mine to appear in a thread knowing that they could still be viewed using the reply to scroll...where I can still see what Todzo said.
Todzo may have spam deleted his own posts in this thread or maybe someone else used the spam button.
I don't see the Goodman's doing it unless it was requested by Todzo directly. If so it wouldn't show up when using the "reply to" scroll viewing.

Someone signed in as guest and started calling me names. That appeared to me to be to be outside of the guidelines and abusive and the spam response seemed the only proper way to remove the abuse. Perhaps all the rest of my entries dissapeared by that means - perhaps someone spam deleted me. Regardless I see that I am unwelcome here.

I do have other places to be.

I have been introduced to but never have gotten to a study of Buteyko breathing.

The eucapnic breathing I practice is with the guidance of a pulse oximeter.

And, I am definitely not a troll.

I am a bit suspicious of you as a troll however.

I almost hesitate to post to this thread and pop it back up to the top of the forum after all the troll craziness, but I wanted to tell Pugsy thank you for looking at my data and for explaining in details how to interpret the leak data I was seeing.

So, THANK YOU Pugsy!
