I use either Target or CVS Brand baby wipes myself. Both of then tend to be really soft, but don't seem to leave any residue on the silicone. Target has a case of refill packs for about $13. My husband and I both use full face masks, so there's a fairly large silicone seal to be wiped.

I also spray mine with a cpap mask cleaner (non scented - purchased through Amazon) but using that with my husband's mask causes leaks. It's the same mask so I'm guessing that something about his face & the spray is the problem. For him, JUST the baby wipe daily with a weekly soaking.

Stick to washing if you're concerned. I was given a freebie container of mask wipes. They didn't even list their ingredients.

I take my mask cushion into the shower with me, it take less than a minute to wash it and then i'm out of the shower, I take it back into my bedroom to let it dry

I've used CPAP 12 yrs & I don't clean mask unless it needs it. I have found out from this forum that when using Lasiosh on pillows they need to the cleaned the next am. However, for my nasal mask and my Piliaro, I don't wash or wipe daily, just when I get around to it, every few months. I don't mean to gross anyone out, but just want to offer an alternative to all the cleaning going on.

So, If I follow you correctly, you had better luck with wipes that are specifically for cpap masks?

I used rubbing alcohol on my Aloha pillows every other day for 3.5 months until I changed the pillows about a week ago. I just ordered some CPAP wipes from CPAP.com, and will use those with this mask to see if the mask lasts any longer. I pull out the wipe, ripe one-third off, and use it, and put the other two-thirds back in the container. At this rate, they are only about 6 cents each.

The same citrus II wipes are available at walgreens.com for $9.49.....free shipping over $25. It's easy to find another item to get the free shipping.

I used to use the Citrus wipes, not on a daily basis, but it was nice to use occasionally between cleanings.

But the last time I used them I had a bad experience. The wipe didn't rip off correctly and the next one fell just inside the container.

Then, without thinking, I stuck my finger in to pull it out. And it got stuck. Those citrus wipe containers aren't like, for example, the Lysol wipes containers. Those are idiot-proof.

I won't go into the horrible details. Suffice it to say that the more you struggle, the worse it gets. And it gets painful. Dialed my wife with the other hand and told her to get home ASAP. Took about 30 minutes of scissors, Exacto knives, matches, etc. to get that damn thing off my finger. I came yay close to having to go to the emergency room.

So, love the wipes, hate the memory of my almost-black dented finger.

I've been there myself with Wet Ones hand wipes Now what I do is cut a few spikes off of the tabs when I first get them.

Why, yes, it did. The only difference in my case is that I struggled so much that I eventually got in very deep.

Walgreen has thick unscented baby wipes 72 - seven inch square for around $2.50 or less. Use one a day to clean mask.
