Last week I was supposed have an endometrial biospy in my doctor's office. She was unable to do it with my very stenotic cervix. After three failures, she decided I needed a hysteroscopy and D&C. So yesterday I had outpatient surgery. My doctor was totally surprised with what she found. It didn't show up on ultrasound but my uterus was full of polyps. They were all about the same size and were hidden in the thickened lining I had. She said it was was blessing that she couldn't do the biopsy because she would have never known about all the polyps. She cleaned that all out with the D&C and now I'm just waiting for the pathology report (Friday or Monday).
Polyps can grow back but I think I'm going to fine for a number of years before this problem reoccurs.

Some "accidental event" turn out to be blessings. I will keep you in my prayers.
