OT: Why am I being censored and my posts disappearing?

Me too! That bug drives me nuts (but in a good way, Lazer).

Hmmm, what could you use as your avitar...... gonna have to think on that one but the elephant needs to stay, one way or the other.

Regarding naming the elephant, how about "Durante Papper" named after Jimmy Durante?

I think I understand your thoughtful point.

But isn't it the case that people who are constantly talking about their condition or regularly involved in forums are "allowing the condition to define themselves"?

I've used CPAP for years and never talk to anyone about it. I rarely even think about.

Encore Pro software was given to me years ago and after I made the machine pressure right I forgot it. Two or three times per year I run a report to make sure the therapy is still doing its job.

If I have a specific problem or want to find out what the latest machine is, I have no problem discussing it here.

But just chatting about it with impersonal internet friends or close personal friends is counterproductive. I'm on cruise control. So I guess you would say, "not open to changing his mind".
