I'm curious about that pillow in the picture. What make, model is it?

The contours & temperpedics are too firm for me. The pillows with "wings" tend to lift when you put your head down.

The one I do have is made by Contour. Contour CPAP Pillow with Pillow Cover. Its a little bouncy and firm but it works for me. The older the pillow gets, the more soft it will be.

At first I thought it was overpriced and I could make my own memory foam cutouts, but if you cut your own, it will keep on tearing. So this is not too bad.

For those of you who want to know what all of the abbreviations stand for (and who would not?):

SW - Software Version (of the S9 AutoSet)
BID - Boot loader ID
VID - Variant ID
RID - Regional Variant ID
HID - Humidifier Software ID

All of the above comes from page 24 of the 2011-09 Version of the Clinical Guide for the VPAP Auto, VPAP ST, & VPAP S

I could NOT find that information in the Clinical Guide for the S9 AutoSet.

Hopefully it is this one - the DS560 - current top of the line from Philips Respironics.
