Rough Times

Post by phx1hab » Thu Nov 15, 2012 11:25 am

I started back CPAP for 3 weeks now and the first 2 weeks were great. I was starting to feel better. My AHI's were under 3, but the third week has been hell. I find myself very tired and no energy at all. My AHI's are still under 3 and I'm still getting about 7 hours of therapy. Any ideas? I thought I was doing so well.

Possibly "sleep debt"? I've been going through that lately. My dr told me it can take up to 120 days or even more, depending on how long you've had untreated SA and how quickly your body is able to catch up.
