I used the Swift LT until the Swift FX was released. Never went back to the LT. The "less on my face" thing is very important to me and I gladly take the trade off with maybe a little instability when I toss and turn (which I do a lot of).
I also like the Bella Loops...even less on my face. That one took several nights to get it to fit just right...not nearly as forgiving with the loops as with the traditional head gear.
The Aloha is a lot like the Swift LT in terms of stability but I found it to be much more feeling like "less on my face" than the LT felt. It would be my second choice in masks in terms of preference. It's real close to number one..not quite replacing the Swift FX but very close.
Everyone is different and have different things that trigger their own personal "this suits my needs the best".
You will find yours with time and experience. I think when I first started therapy I tried almost all of the available nasal pillow masks at that time but always went back to the Swift LT but once the FX came out I never put the LT back on.
Gave it away.
