How do you import polysomnogram sleep data .edf
Re: How do you import polysomnogram sleep data .edf
I copy all of the files off of my Resmed SD card into a folder, click on the SD card in SleepyHead, and then select that folder. SleepyHead does all the rest. The .edf files are stored in a folder named DATALOG on the SD card. The files are named YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_EXT.edf, where EXT is one of BRP, EVE, PLD, or SAD; e.g. 20130101_120003_PLD.edf.theszak wrote:How do you import polysomnogram sleep data in .edf european data format from a CD?... for

If I didn't insist on keeping copies of the files, I could just mount the SD card as a drive letter and give the drive path to SleepyHead, e.g. F:\.
EDF files are probably gray because your Apple OS doesn't recognize the file extension. Neither does Windows.
Also, having just read a different post from you, if you're trying to use SleepyHead to import data from a sleep study using something other than a piece of hardware that SleepyHead recognizes and supports, it probably won't work.
