So, my husband was at the six month qualify for new stuff point and I sent him off to the DME to order the new mask, hose, filters and humidifier. To be fair, he has an S9 auto that I purchased from St. Louis Mark (thanks, Mark!). The RT got him his mask and said she needed him to supply her with the parts numbers for the pap because she only sells Respironics.
I came back from a trip and went in to give her the machine details as he's only been on the pap six months and isn't used to being his own errand boy anyway. Told her it was the replaceable filters for the S9 and gave her the humidier number.
Called Saturday (12 days later) and left a message asking the status of the order. She called today and luckilly got my voice mail or I would have said things that weren't nice. She can't order the parts because she needs the TANK number and filter number BECAUSE SHE CAN'T LOOK THEM UP ANY WHERE HERSELF.
Maybe I should call up cpap.com and have them ship them to her?

After all the years of using Swift masks I was told that I could order 2 pillows a month instead of replacing everything just to get a new pillow. I had been trading my unused pillows and receiving the mediums in return. So I'm at Apria and order two pillows and when I returned a few days later to pick them up I was surprised there was only one. When I asked about this I was told that one pillow is considered two as it has 2 holes! WHAT!?!? OK, so I ask how should I re order in the future, do I order 4 to get 2 or is that above what I am allowed? Or do I order 2 to get 1 twice? How do I order to get 2 at a time? I was told to just order 2. SERIOUSLY!?! Isn't that what I did and only got one?
