When you get the 460 model...that is the PR System One 60 series CPAP with CFlex Plus and are ready for the software to view you data that is available send me a private message and I will get you pointed to the software.
You may see some people mention SleepyHead and Encore Viewer (check my signature line for PR S1 software options) but that software is not yet compatible with the new 60 series machines. The software predates the release of the 60 series machines (late this spring) and won't work but there is software available that will work.
Windows based software though. If you use a Mac you have to set up some sort of virtual Windows to use it.

Welcome to the forum.
When you get the machine verify that it is the model number you are expecting. Model numbers are shown on a sticker on the bottom of the blower unit. A 3 digit number sometimes with DS or REF in front of it. Pretty easy to see.
The 460 is a straight CPAP machine meaning it offers only straight non varying fixed pressure.
You may see the mention of APAP machines....these offer auto adjusting pressures as well as a fixed straight pressures.
On the APAP machines there are 2 modes of operation. CPAP mode is the fixed pressure mode and APAP mode is the auto adjusting pressure mode. Model number for the APAP machine is 560.
The APAP machines are nice because they are like 2 machines in 1 but the 460 is still a great machine.
Auto adjusting machines come in handy for some people but not everyone needs or does well with auto adjusting pressures.

Thanks, Pugsy!

Even though I am a geeky guy (really geeky, actually)and would like to have the best machine on earth, I am feeling lucky that I got the DME to change the machine from the brick to the 460. And, since I have never seen my data, I have no idea whether I would benefit from the auto machine or not.

Thanks for the recommendation on software and I will check back with you next week, once I have the machine.

Also, thanks for the tip of checking the model on the machine when it gets here... I can only hope that I would have been quick enough to catch a "switcheroo" by the DME. As it was, the rep at the DME was not at her desk and I left a long message (ran the recording time out... LOL!) telling her that I wanted to postpone and that I wanted a better machine, at which point she knew I wasn't going to accept a machine that wasn't data capable (a brick) and when she returned my call was already prepared to send out the 460. I didn't have to push her in person... she was ready when she called me back.

Also, I got her to tell me the insurance reimbursement code, which is "E0601." IIRC, this would pay for a NON-brick, just that they wanted to bring me the brick, and make more $$$.

I made an appointment with my doctor to review the data and left a message with the lab saying that I wanted a copy of both studies, summaries included.

Whew! If it hadn't been for finding this forum, I would have been using a brick, flying solo, in the dark! OMG, you folks saved me! THANKS!
Boo and Pika! My constant companions.

When you go over your sleep studies with your doctor if you happen to have a strong positional component to your OSA....like really worse when sleeping on your back or happen to have a strong sleep stage component...like much worse in REM sleep then those might be situations where auto adjusting pressures could be of benefit.
Both are common to see. Lots of people are worse on their backs and lots of people are worse in REM sleep and some lucky people get both. Sometimes much greater pressures are needed for these "worse" times but not always.

I happen to be worse only in REM sleep. I do benefit from auto adjusting pressures because sometimes I need a lot more pressure for some super stubborn REM events. Sometimes I see nearly 20 cm of pressure but most of the time I see around 12 or so.
I much prefer to use 12 or so most of the night and let the machine do its job for 30 minutes to an hour up around 20 cm instead of using the 18 cm all night.
Not everyone has such a marked difference though and there can be some drawbacks to using auto adjusting pressures.

Main thing is to get a full data machine and the 460 will do a great job for you. APAPs are nice because a person has the choice to use whichever mode works best for them but it isn't like the straight CPAP machines are total crap because they are far from that.
Lots of APAP owners here actually prefer CPAP mode.

I called the DME and they will bring me a PR 460, rather than the 260! First battle won! YOU PEOPLE ROCK! I couldn't have done it without you!

Phil
Be sure it says "Philips Respironics" and "REMstar PRO blahblahblah" on the top of the blower near the display.

or 460 somewhere on the bottom of the blower. (or 460, 461, 461P, etc.)
