0.0 hours usage last night....Say WHAT?

I was all proud of myself for keeping the darn thing on for at least 5 hours and I went in to check the usage from last night and it's saying 0.0 hours?

I don't know what I did but how do I reset or whatever I need to do?

It resets at noon to start the next night. You need to look in the downloaded data.

I answered this question in your other thread.
If you check the machine after 12 Noon the machine has started a new day and last night's data doesn't show up unless you change the reporting parameters.
So either check the machine prior to Noon or just use the software.

you can check data on machine before and after noon
press/hold info and setup buttons for sec (two silver buttons)
advanced info menu - provide you with additional data- breakdown of AHI, 95% percentile leak, compliance data and machine settings

If you wait until after noon to read the data, the sleep quality screen will say 0.0,
but if you look at the sleep report screen (sol's directions), set to 1 day, there it is.
--unless you slept past noon. I did that one day on vacation.
Annoying, but it felt wonderful.

I SEE the info you list when I do that, but only for today, I can't find any way to see prior days.

yes but you can check after noon and for 1week,1month, 3months, etc.. use the software for more detailed data and for other days.
if not using software and want keep a record for yourself ... write down each day
look for sleepyhead link pugsy signature.
if your computer don,t have sd card slot, get any cheap generic card reader.
